Products are not showcased besides each other
Dear,
When I add woocommerce products via the shortcode, they seemed to be fine in the editor.
But once I publish the page, and go to it, they are full size and not besides each other as they should.
What am I doing wrong?

Please try the following and see if this will help.
- Try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this will resolve the issue.
- If switching themes, didn't help, also try to disable all other plugins besides Brizy, Brizy Pro, and WooCommerce and see if this makes any difference.
If all the above fails, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

But now the question is, how do I fix this? I want to keep on using the Blocksy theme with Brizy.
Is it because I am using the Blocksy Child Theme?

Hi Lukas,
The issue may be coming from customizations made in the child theme, did you also check if it worked in the parent theme? Also, check if the parent theme Blocksy is up to date.

Same issue on the parent theme. Blocksy is up-to-date. What could I have done wrong in the settings?

Hi Lukas,
We apologize for this inconvenience. This is due to an incompatibility between the most recent Brizy versions and Blocksy. We have a fix available for this at our end. When we roll out this fix along with one of our future updates, this issue will get fixed on your project.
In the interim, you could consider rolling back to previous versions of Brizy to fix this.

Please follow this procedure to roll back.
- Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
- Deactivate and delete Brizy
- Download Brizy 2.4.17 and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
- Download Brizy Pro 2.4.16 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

We have received an invitation to your WordPress Dashboard. However the Dashboard is not accessible to us. This could be because of the role you have assigned to the 'brizyhelper' user.
Have you tried the advice I have provided above? Please grant the user brizyhelper the administrator role if you want us to roll back Brizy versions for you. You can carry out this task on your own as well.

Hi there. My website koffer-aanbieding.nl got updated by accident... Now products are not listed in the correct way again. I sent the admin login details to the email address. Could you please set it back to the previous version? Thank you!

Hi Lukas,
I tested the WooCommerce products shortcode with most recent Brizy versions. It is working as expected. At https://brizytest.online/ the 'Featured Products' section is developed using the WooCoommerce products shortcode.
This website is currently using these Brizy versions.
