How to upload a pictures or a video in Brizy Cloud?

I have a problem to upload pictures or video in my brizy cloud project!
Can u help to solve the issue?

Uploading an image or video to Brizy Cloud is typically a simple process.

However, if you are experiencing difficulties with uploading your files and videos, I recommend trying an alternate browser. This may potentially resolve the issue you are facing.

If using a different browser does not resolve the problem, please provide us with screenshots demonstrating the issue you are facing. This will give us a clearer understanding of the problem and possibly offer a solution.

Unfortunately email attachments do not work with our help desk system hence we could not see your video. Please click on https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/14462512535186 and add an image to the forum. You could also upload your video to an online drive like Google Drive or Dropbox and share with us the URL.
