    Hi Christopher,

Do you mean that the Brizy pre-loader keeps looping and the page does not load?

    Hi Christopher,

There is an PHP file /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php which is used for refreshing the page's contents without reloading the page, thus making it interactive to the users. Your server is forbidding this file from loading. It returns a 403 forbidden error. Please see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/jZ4Jnv1k

Can you please check with your hosting company why the file https://raimosofamityville.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is being forbidden by your server?

    Hi Christopher,

I am following up on this issue that you have recently reported.
My colleague KC found that the issue has something to do with /wp-admin-ajax.php which prevents you from editing your pages.  When admin-ajax.php is blocked by the server and a 403 error is displayed, it means that the server has forbidden the request to access the file. This can happen for various reasons, such as security concerns or misconfiguration of the server settings.

We suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider, so they can also check where this is coming from.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.
