    Hi Peter,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This issue typically indicates that a security software in your server is causing interference.

Please verify if you have installed a security plugin for your website. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. An example is WordFence or a similar plugin.

Otherwise, please also try the following:

    1. Log into your hosting provider account panel (e.g., cPanel).
    2. Check if any of the following security software is enabled and temporarily disable them one at a time:
       - Security system
       - Malware protection
       - Firewall
       - DDOS protection

After disabling each security software, test if the issue persists. This process will help identify the software that is causing the interference.

Once you have identified the software causing the problem, contact your hosting company for guidance. They can assist you in relaxing the security restrictions to allow you to edit your pages with Brizy while maintaining the necessary security measures.

About the missing images, please also verify whether you have any optimization plugins installed, and consider temporarily disabling them. If this action resolves the problem, disabling CSS/JS optimization within the plugin settings should rectify the issue.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

There are no security plugins installed in wordpress.

Regarding the hosting provider I do not see any security plugins, also brizy is working fine on another domain on the same server.

Regarding the missing images I forgot to mention that images are missing in the templates and uploading new images is not working either, whenever I try any of these (or editing images in the media library) the cron error is getting triggered.

    Hi,

    We appreciate your cooperation.

Unfortunately, I am unable to pinpoint the root cause of this issue. Would it be possible for you to grant us access to cPanel so that we can conduct a more in-depth check? If this is possible, please send the credentials to our community support email.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
