Hi Wesner,
Thank you for contacting us.
It seems that the issue you are experiencing could be caused by a conflict. To troubleshoot this, I recommend trying the following steps:
Start by temporarily switching to another theme and see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is specific to your current theme.
If this doesn’t help, try to disable all other plugins temporarily besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if this helps. If it does, go back to the plugins area and enable all other plugins one at a time as you test your site until the issue comes back. This procedure will help you determine which plugin is causing the issue.
If all the above didn't help, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Hi Wesner,
Thank you for your cooperation.
When you encounter a repeating preloader, it suggests that a software component within your hosting server environment is conflicting with the Brizy editing process. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Access your hosting provider account and navigate to your server management system (e.g., cPanel).
2. Examine whether any of the following software components are active within your server environment:- Security system
- Malware protection
- Firewall
- DDOS protection
3. To pinpoint the problematic software, disable these security features one by one, testing Brizy editing after each deactivation.
4. You might also consider performing a database cleanup. At first glance, it seems that this website is a recent WordPress installation. However, I noticed that the comments section contains comments dating back to 2020. Are you intending to retain those older comments? - https://blog.hubspot.com/website/wp-optimize-plugin-wordpress-database-cleanup-toolOnce you've identified the software causing the interference, please contact your hosting company to adjust the security settings and allow for seamless Brizy editing without compromising your website.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hello Ariel, I contacted Siteground and the told me I’m not able to shut off all the security and malware protection as you advised. They said the believe the issue is coming from your side. He told me the issue he saw was in a php_errorlog that I’ve enclosed beneath. Please advise me on next steps. I’d really appreciate getting access to the builder again so I can get back to work. Thank you!

Hi Wesner,
Thank you for the update.
It appears that the error logs were not included in this support thread. Could you please send them to our community support email?
Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if you could grant us temporary FTP access, which will enable us to directly access your WordPress files.
Best regards,

Hi Wesner,
Thank you for sending in the error logs.
To get the FTP details to your server, please reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.
Please also disable go Daddy CDN and see if this helps fix the issue:
