Hi Stacy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The issue might be related to caching. If you are using a cache plugin, please flush the cache or temporarily disable it and see if this makes any difference.
Also, try to preview your site in incognito mode or try another browser and see if this resolves the issue.Otherwise, we may need temporary access to your WP Admin login details, so we can further check the issue.
Best regards,

Hi Stacy,
We could access your WordPress Dashboard using the credentials you have provided. However, in the WordPress Dashboard, we do not have access to Plugins and Appearance menus. Access to these menus are required to troubleshoot the issue.
Can you please check the role you have assigned to the Brizy user in your WordPress Dashboard?

Hi Stacy,
Your website header looks identical in the frontend and in the Brizy Editor.

Hi Stacy,
Can you try accessing your website using an alternate browser on your computer and from another computer/device which uses a different ISP (Internet service Provider)?

Hi Stacy,
Thank you for staying in touch.
Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the problem on our end as demonstrated on this screencast : https://youtu.be/ebJSd9hOq_w
We suggest clearing your DNS cache. You can find instructions on how to do this in the following article: https://blog.hubspot.com/website/flush-dns.
It may also be beneficial to ask your friends to visit the website and see if they can reproduce the issue. Additionally, testing the website's layout on your smartphone could provide further insights.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
