Brizy editor not working... Stuck forever on spnning animation
Hi there,
Brizy editor has stopped working on a live website. Whenever I click edit with Brizy the spinning animation on the black background appears and doesn't progress from there.
I need to edit the website urgently.
Please, help.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This error normally indicates that a software in your hosting server environment is interfering with Brizy editing. Such software can flag a legitimate request from Brizy as potentially dangerous and block it. To fix the problem, please log into your hosting account and verify if any of this software is turned on in your server management system (like cPanel)
- Security system
- Malware protection
- Firewall
- DDOS
Please also check if you have installed a similar plugin in your WordPress Dashboard. Deactivate such software or plugin one by one to see if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.

Hi KC George,
Thank you for your reply. Strangely enough, editing started working again later in the day. It is strange because we tested on different computers in different locations and we did not any changes to configurations.
Anyway, it is working for now, so thank you.
