    If you are using WP multisite, I recommend trying the solution provided in this support thread:

    If you are not using WP multisite, please grant us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials so that we can investigate the issue further. Please add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    Additionally, I recommend creating a full backup of your website as a precautionary measure.

    I paid on the 13th automatically, yet you do not renew my WP licenses.

    We apologise for Ariel's earlier comment. My colleague was unaware of the previous exchanges you had with us.

    We have added another month to the validity of your licenses, as stated in a response to another forum post. We hope that the corrective measures we have taken will yield positive results for you in the coming months.

    We have manually extended license validity again.

    Most other users do not face this issue. If it happens again, we will explore the possibility of creating a new account and moving your subscription to the new account.

    Hi James,

    For the past few months, we have been working to resolve this issue with your account without success. This problem is unique to your account. We will dedicate more effort to looking into the problem with your account in the upcoming week. I hope we can find a solution.

    The validity of licenses may be automatically extended upon renewal if you purchase the same plan and sign up using a different email address. For other clients, this works well. You might want to consider this option in case we are unable to identify the root of the problem.

    Hi James,

    After some investigation, we have decided to reprogram the licencing module in our subscription management system. This may take sometime. 

    In the meantime, I will manually update the license validity for your licenses every month to ensure that your licenses never expire. I have set reminder for me to do this every month.

    We now have a new license management module in our subscription management system. After your next subscription renewal on September 14, 2024, please check to see if your license validities have been extended for another month.
