Brizy Pro License Deactivates Frequently
Good day!
|
We've been experiencing this issue for such a long time already. Is there any solution for this?
Though we don't update any plugin, but why is it deactivating all of a sudden? Like after 2-3 days, the license deactivates.
Thank you so much!

Hello Ariel,
Please note that we have already sent our credentials to community support. Thanks!0 -
Hi Steven,
Thank you for your cooperation.
Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue on this particular site. However, in a multisite environment, if you still have your license activated in the network admin dashboard, I recommend removing the license and manually activating Brizy Pro on each site in the network. For more information, please refer to this support article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/15941335839121
If the issue persists intermittently, kindly provide us with temporary access to the network admin dashboard and a network site where the issue is occurring. This will allow us to conduct further investigation and assist you accordingly.
Best regards,

Hello!
You are now able to access Network level. Pls look further. Thanks!0 -
Hi Steven,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I see that the license can be found in the network admin dashboard as shown in this screenshot - https://i.imgur.com/IRxqi1K.png.
If you are using Brizy in a WordPress Multisite network with a Brizy PRO license that automatically applies to all sites in the network, please be aware that you will need to manually add a PRO license to each individual site in order to activate it.
This is documented on this link - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/15941335839121To address this issue, please follow these steps:
- Remove the existing license from the network admin dashboard.
- Add a PRO license to each individual site in your network.
- This can be done by logging into each site separately and entering your PRO license key.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hello Ariel!
Thanks for letting us know. What do you mean by "logging into each site separately"? Like we should have another login credential for UpPage? Or should we just go to WP Dashboard>UpPage>Brizy>Settings>License?
Also, when we added the License, we added it to UpPage's Site Dashboard, not in the Network Dashboard. Is that correct already?
Thanks!0 -
Hi Steven,
Thank you for the update.
I'm referring to your WP Admin login credentials for each of your websites on the network. Yes, you are right, please add the license in the UpPage site dashboard.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Best regards,
