    Hi Michiel,

May be some of your older licenses expired and you need to update those with the newer licenses? Are you trying to replace an expired license with a new license?

yes, I have tried that. But it is not possible to put an new license key. I can't get into pro because it gives this message.

    Hi Michiel,

I have installed Brizy Pro. Now you should be able to add a Pro license under Brizy - Settings - License

If we renew our subscription then licenses must be renewed automatically to the next renewed date but this is very time taking that we delete old licenses generate new licenses and then add those licenses again on each of our sites. Normally all other companies offer this facility that if we renew our subscription then all old licenses also update to new extended date. Kindly implement this to make Brizy more user-friendly. thanks

    Hi Zahid,

Our systems are designed to automatically extend validity of your licenses upon subscription renewal. However, a few of our Freelancer plan users have recently encountered problems in extending validity automatically upon subscription renewal. Manual license renewal was required for these users.

The Studio plan customers are not impacted by this issue, thus you shouldn't experience it.

    Hello KC George,

Thanks for your quick response. You may check my account I am facing the same issue with all those sites that added the license before the renewal date and new licenses are extended to the new renewal date but all those sites are showing expired licenses which were having the license before renewal.

Can your team resolve this particular issue with my studio plan?

    Best Regards

    Hi Zahid,

We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. There was a billing error at our end. It took a while to sort it out. Your subscription renewal date was incorrectly set to  September 7, 2028. Due to this error, your subscription was not renewed in 2023. Your last renewal was on Sep 7, 2022.

We have now set the subscription renewal date to November 7, 2023 which is today. Please ensure that your payment method on your brizy.io account is active and has sufficient balance. Paddle is likely to charge your card today.

To update your payment method, please sign into your brizy.io account and under Account - Payments, scroll down to the list of invoices. Next to your last invoice, click on the 'Update' option.

Once your subscription is renewed, the license validity is expected to get updated automatically.

    Hello,

Sir, There is not any billing error, I paid $500 for a lifetime Brizy Cloud Agency Plan and the total charges were $1500 but I could not arrange $1000 more so I said within the money-back guarantee time period that please cancel my lifetime agency plan and instead of returning those $500 to my account, please add those $500 to the five years renewal of my $99 Plan and you renewed my plan till 2028.

You are requested to please update all payments within the account so that the new person may not be confused with unusual renewals. Kindly check my previous conversation that I paid $500 in advance to renew it for five years.

    Best Regards

    Hi Zahid,

We in fact have an internal memo regarding this. I overlooked the internal note, hence misinterpreted your situation. I apologize for the error on my part.

We have set the subscription expiry date back to September 7, 2028 and have extended validity of all your licenses to the same date.

    Hello,

    It's ok, don't confuse. it's 2028 not 2008.

    Anyways, Thanks

I have paid five years renewal price together so it was showing correct date of renewal 2028. Kindly check my previous conversation.

    Hi Zahid,

"Corrected the date" refers to the fact that I changed the year from 2008 to 2028 in my earlier comment (and not the subscription renewal date)

You are right; your subscription renewal date was already corrected earlier.
