    Can you describe what happens when you try to install a starter template? Do you get an error? Can you share a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue you are facing when trying to install a Brizy starter template?

    You could consider a service like https://www.loom.com/ for creating a screen recording.

    It used to do that and correct itself

    Hi Can you please address this asap. It is your error message that is written into your code. It says there is a problem immediately after trying to install a starter template. I really need to address thanks Ed

    I have now received your email. (Your previous email was sent to noreply@brizy.zendesk.com)

    However when visiting https://betterhumanity.co/ I get the message "Website Not Found". https://betterhumanity.co/wp-admin/ also returns the same error.

    Please take a help of your hosting provider to resolve this issue.

    Hi Edward,

    I have received your invitation to your Namecheap account. However I am not sure if I have access to your hosting account with EasyWP. When I go to the Apps section of your account, it does not list EasyWP.

    You may need to add me as a user in your EasyWP Dashboard (https://dashboard.easywp.com/) for me to get access to your hosting.
