Smartphone hamburger menu is not displayed or clickable

I am using the brizy wordpress version.
I added a global menu from a block in the template and it appears in the computer version.
When I opened it in the smart phone version, the hamburger menu was not clickable.
Also, once I hide it, it does not appear in the smart phone version.
I tried using the brizy preview function of the chrome browser to change it to smartphone view, and it appears and is clickable.
On my iphone safari device, the menu is still not displayed.
If you know how to solve this problem, please let me know.

  The likely cause of the issue is due to a conflict. To troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing, I kindly request you to disable all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. Then, check if the issue persists. If it does, please enable the other plugins one by one while testing your site until the issue reoccurs. This step-by-step process will help identify the plugin that is causing the problem. Additionally, you can try temporarily switching to another theme to see if that resolves the issue.
