Version 2.4.24 Pro changes the background images and colours

Hi Support, 

When I update to version 2.4.24 Pro it changes the colour of my website background image and text colours from blue to pink. Is this version not compatible with WordPress version 6.3? I was able to resolve the issue by returning to a backup to version 6.2.2. 

 

How can I update to the latest versions of WordPress and the latest version of Brizy Pro without breaking my website?

  Hi N Bempong,

  We are not aware of an incompatibility between WordPress 6.3 and most recent versions of Brizy. These are the latest Brizy and Brizy Pro versions. 

  

  Are you on these versions?

  If you can setup a staging site for us, we would like to check what is causing the color change on upgrading to the latest WordPress and Brizy versions.

  When you say setup a staging site, you mean a separate website from my current one that you can access? What if I can arrange remote access to my desktop if I am happy for you to carry out investigation on the live site and bear any risks. I can restore the site from backup if anything goes wrong. That is what I did when I noticed the problem with the colour change.

  A bit of extra information. Even when I reverted to Wordpress 6.2.2 with the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro the problem returned.

  If you already have a backup of your website, we would prefer it if you provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin login credentials, so we can take a closer look at this issue.

  Hi N Bempong,

  The colors set in your website's global colors were messed up. I restored the colors to their original values comparing to an archive of your website from https://web.archive.org/web/20230330223605/https://sapientrecruitment.co.uk/

  If there are any more improper colors on your website, please check the archive and reset one of the eight color swatches in the global colors to fix it.

  Updating to the most recent versions of Brizy and WordPress should have no effect on the colors that are currently configured. Please take a full backup and update WordPress, Brizy, Brizy Pro and other plugins.
