    Hi Renee,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I tried to reproduce the problem, but the issue, as described, doesn't occur on my test environment: https://staging.server001.xyz/test02/convertkit.
In this example, the form is using Convert Kit integration, and the form right below it uses embedded code.

To sort this out, kindly grant us temporary access to your WordPress admin by adding us as a user. Please send the necessary login details to communitysupport@brizy.io

    Hi Renee,

I apologize for the delay in responding to your email. Regrettably, your message ended up in the spam folder, which caused a delay in our response time.

I was unable to locate the specific page where you have embedded the script. As a result, I created a temporary test page called 01-converkit.

In the example provided above, I used JavaScript code to embed the form on the test page.

I experimented with different methods such as JavaScript, HTML, and shortcode on my test environment, and all of them worked correctly, except for the shortcode method, which did not display a preview of the embedded form. Therefore, I recommend using the JavaScript method to embed the form into your pages. The HTML embed method should also work, but the code can be quite lengthy.

To assist you further, I have created a screencast demonstrating the process. You can find the screencast at the following link: https://youtu.be/qEirhcmwaUE

Please try this at your end and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

I've executed this as per your instructions and the formatting for the form is still way off. I've emailed the details to community support with hopes we can resolve this. Thanks.
