Blocked Site - Custom Domain Not Working Too

Hello....

I can see on subdomain using brizy.site has been blocked to Indonesian Internet Connection. For example this link site https://melon5895596.brizy.site/

I try to connect my domain too using https://klik-service.com, some internet services on indonesia getting blocked too...

 

Please give the solution for this problem....

    Hi Adhitya,

    The Indonesian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology may have banned the brizy.site domain due to content published on any of the thousands of websites hosted on this subdomain. The first step in resolving this issue is to contact this ministry and learn why the restriction was imposed. Please visit their website at https://www.kominfo.go.id/. The contact information provided is

    Under the Public Information - Information Request, you can also find the email pelayanan@mail.kominfo.go.id

    If you can use your local access to contact the appropriate government official and find out why the ban was imposed, we can cooperate with you to remove any offensive content on a Brizy Cloud website that contributed to the ban, and they may consider lifting the ban based on our corrective measures.

    I will try to reach out and find local access. But why brizy doesnt giving another solution like giving another subdomain option?

    Hi Adhitya,

    Brizy Cloud previews, like any other SAAS website builder, will be offered on a single domain name. However, you can use Brizy Cloud on a different domain by enabling the White-label option, which is described here: https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud

    Hello @KC George,

    I'd like to draw your attention to my latest support request. I currently hold a studio plan with Brizy and manage multiple websites, both personal and for clients.

    Unfortunately, Telkomsel, the largest internet provider in the region with 175 million subscribers, has also blocked access to the Brizy.cloud server. This means that despite utilizing A records and CNAMEs, all of my websites and clients' are currently inaccessible. It's worth noting that other providers like First Media and Excel have not imposed such restrictions.

    I'm reaching out to you in search of potential solutions to this issue. It's crucial because I'm unable to run advertising campaigns for my clients whose websites are hosted on Brizycloud, even though they use their own domains. This is due to the fact that Telkomsel and other providers have blocked the server's IP address.

    I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

    Hi Kurnia,

    Can you get in touch with Telkomsel support to learn why the server is blocked? Possible causes include offensive content, vulnerable scripts, phishing sites hosted on Brizy Cloud, etc. We can take corrective action after we identify the source of the block.

    Please also check to see if they have blocked the Bunny CDN hostname (https://b-cloud.b-cdn.net), the server IP address, or the subdomain brizy.site. The IP and sub domain cannot be changed because thousands of other domains point to them, however changing the CDN hostname is possible.

    It appears that they have blocked both the Bunny CDN hostname (https://b-cloud.b-cdn.net) and the free Brizy.site plan. Notably, the Bunny CDN restriction came into effect after the brizy.site ban. As previously mentioned, Telkomsel is a massive government entity characterized by substantial bureaucracy, making it unlikely that my concerns will be acknowledged or addressed by them.

    Hi,

    i am currently in Bali since last weeks  for few months and i just discover now that my websites related to Yoga in Bali are blocked also by this government stuff...  it took me 1 day to understand wht was happening as all my agency websites (i have studio also) were in error and not rending... So what's the real solution here, cause telling people to contact the gorvernment is a kind of joke right...

    What's the solution you guys have.. cause its indonesia but i am sure a lot of other countries who have strict policies are doing the same with Brizy servers... So what we can do fat to solve this please... causefor me Bali and Indonesia is a huge place for Yoga, and i discvoer like Kurnia that it will hurt a lot my business..

    Hi Hugo,

    We are as helpless as you are, when it comes to the domain blocking and IP blocking by the government. Only possible solution would be to publish on servers other than Brizy Cloud. You can consider one of these publishing options
