    Hi Robert,

When clicking on the 'gallery' icon the settings screen opening towards the top and going outside the view port is unusual. I could not reproduce the issue at my end. Please have a look at this screen recording for a work around to access the hidden gallery settings screen. https://jmp.sh/cLpcYMEP

Thanks for the quick reply KC. Really appreciate your support.

If I use your solution to choose a custom height I can just about make it work..but I still can't see the whole settings dialogue...even with custom pixel height set very very small.

Why is your settings dialogue working and mine not?

I'm on the latest version of Brizy and I have tried in different browsers.

The problem I have with the workaround is I intend to hand the site over to an contributor, so its not a very professional way forward.

    Hi Robert,

Like I said earlier, the settings screen opening towards the top and going outside the view port is quite unusual. Something must be wrong somewhere. If you want us to take a look and try to fix this issue, please give us access to your WordPress Dashboard. You could add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please let us know here when you send us the email.

    Hi KC,

Just hoping to reopen this thread about the gallery settings dialogue display issue.

I've done a bit more testing and I can see where the problem exactly occurs.

When you initially create and design a pop-up containing a gallery element, the settings for the gallery element display correctly....but there is a critical amount of photos to add that creates this issue.

    Please see this video:

Can you help any further? The workaround you supplied for temporarily making the height a custom one is not a very good solution as you still cant see all of the settings dialogue if you have a reasonable number of pictures loaded into the gallery element.

I have made a demo page up and I can happily send you the logins via email.

Thanks in advance and best wishes,

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

    Thank you for the update.

I tried to reproduce the issue on my end; however, this issue doesn’t occur as demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/AX58U3Ye0IM

The issue you are experiencing is likely caused by insufficient server resources. To resolve this, you will need to contact your hosting provider and request an increase in the PHP Memory limit to 512M or higher. Additionally, you should also ask them to raise the maximum upload size to 32M or higher.

For a more detailed explanation of this process, you can refer to the following link:
    https://www.fastcomet.com/kb/max-memory-and-upload-limit
If your hosting provider doesn’t use cPanel,  you can inquire about updating these settings in the php.ini file on your server.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
