Activate domain: juliocesarlarriega.com

Hello,

I bought 01 code by Appsumo and I will try actívate new domain (juliocesarlarriega.com).

I installed briyz pro plugin in my webpage and It doesn´t allow actívate with the license.

In this moment only activate one domain (srnegocios.com)

I would appreciate your support.

    Hi Julio,

    The Appsumo Lifetime plan you bought in October 2019 permits only a single WordPress license. You are using this license for srnegocios.com.

    Your plan also permits you to setup 3 websites with custom domains on Brizy Cloud. Please consider developing and hosting your next website on Brizy Cloud.

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    There is something wrong, because the agreement I bought indicates 03 domains, for that I send you the same one that appears in my Brizy redemption account in Appsumo.
    I would appreciate if you could check it again.

    The 3 hosted domains in the agreement refers to Brizy cloud platform, not WordPress - https://jmp.sh/lh1CozJu

    In Brizy cloud, we offer the hosting option for all projects, including pages that are connected with a custom domain.

    Hello,

    Based on this, I registered my domain juliocesarlarriega.com

    I changed the configuration in my DNS of the A and CNAME records since yesterday and the page did not come up.

    So today, I had to delete the mentioned changes in my DNS of my hosting (which is not where I bought the domain).

    I understand that there may be a problem with my hosting, to be able to make this change viable, so to continue again in brizy I want to delete my domain juliocesarlarriega.com from your cloud.

    Now I tried to generate a page on your platform with the subdomain juliocesarlarriega.brizy.site and it tells me that it already exists.

    Can this last thing be fixed?

    Hi Julio,

    I have corrected the link error in the above comment. 

    Even though you bought your domain juliocesarlarriega.com from a domain registrar, Name Servers for your domain are with iBrave Hosting. Hence please add the A Record and the CNAME record for Brizy Cloud again in your iBrave Control Panel after selecting 'Manage DNS' option.  

    Please also delete the AAAA record associated with your domain with the IP 2a07:7800::169

     

    The project with the name Juliolarriega in your Brizy Cloud Dashboard uses the subdomain juliocesarlarriega.brizy.site. Hence another project cannot use the same subdomain. 

    Please add your custom domain juliocesarlarriega.com to this project by clicking on 'Publish' option here

    Select the custom domain option and add your domain juliocesarlarriega.com.

    Once you complete the above steps, if the domain does not point to your Brizy Cloud project, please get back to us.

    Ok thanks for your answer.

    As a result of these changes I had to reset my dns board, leaving Briyz records without effect.

    In relation to your last mail, I have to register my domain juliocesarlarriega.com with the following records :

    1) Cname Record

    ---------------------

    www
    Cname
    juliocesarlarriega.brizy.site

    2) A Record

    ---------------

    juliocesarlarriega.com
    A
    34.237.47.210


    From the image I present you should remove the AAAA record indicated in the image.

    Regarding the Cname Records, in the image they are like this,

    Should I remove any Cname duplicity from the image I present?

    Hi Julio,

    Yes; please setup CNAME and the A Record as you have suggested above

    • www    Cname  juliocesarlarriega.brizy.site
    • juliocesarlarriega.com   A   34.237.47.210

    Please remove both AAAA entries. You should only have an A Record and no AAAA records 

    • juliocesarlarriega.com   A   34.237.47.210

    These CNAME records are required for your FTP and email. Please do not delete these.

    Cname and A records were credited, likewise the two AAAA records were deleted.

     

    In Brizy's platform, I send the publication of the web site

    Please confirm the conformity of these changes.

    Looks like you have added a new project. In the new project, your subdomain has changed from juliolarriega.brizy.site to blackcurrant17631686.brizy.site.


    As a result, your CNAME record must be updated as well. Please change the first CNAME record to the second.

    1. www.juliocesarlarriega.com   CNAME    juliolarriega.brizy.site
    2. www.juliocesarlarriega.com   CNAME    blackcurrant17631686.brizy.site

    Hi Julio,

    The URL https://www.juliocesarlarriega.com/ is working fine now. The URL https://juliocesarlarriega.com/ (without www) is returning a 'Project Not Configured' error. Please give us time till tomorrow to fix this issue.
