Menu Broken

Hi there,

 

My website’s menu only works on the Home page. Once you go to another page, the menu’s items cannot be seen.

 

=> The menu was working up to 2.4.18 and Pro 2.4.17. Subsequent versions / updates cause these menu problems.

 

I have cloned the site for troubleshooting @ https://wordpress-704280-3704759.cloudwaysapps.com/. This clone has:

 

1. Latest Brizy versions (2.4.26 & 2.4.24)

2. Most plugins have been deactivated to test for conflict.

3. Themes used: Brizy starter and 2022. 

4. Also: despite having the latest versions, the licence tab is no longer visible.

 

I am ready to provide admin access. Thanks.

  Hi Albert,

  Thank you for your cooperation.

  Upon checking, I have noticed an unusual absence of plugin names, as demonstrated in this screenshot:  https://i.imgur.com/c1iPNG4.png
  I assume that the white-label feature was activated on this website previously.

  About the menu problem, it seems to be caused by incorrect display conditions, as demonstrated here: https://i.imgur.com/RqHFjJK.png
  Modifying the display conditions fixed the problem, as shown in this screenshot:  https://i.imgur.com/64LD7HJ.png

  However, there were still instances where the menu did not function properly on some pages, removing and adding the global header should fix the issue.

  Thanks Ariel; I will look into the display conditions.

  Any thoughts on the missing licence tab? White labelling shouldn't cause it.

  The license tab should continue to work when white-labelling is enabled. After setting up your white-label, if you have the license tab issue, please get back to us.
