After migrating a Brizy WP site I get a ton of 504 errors
Hi,
I just moved a site with Brizy WP PRO, and now most pages are super slow and end up in 504. Some are OK but I suspect it's because they are in cache.
If I delete Brizy and Pro, everything is fast again (and of course looks like crap).
How do I fix this?

Hi Alban,
Thank you for contacting us.
Did you try it the other way around? Are you getting the same errors if you disable the rest of the other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro?
If this resolves the issue, try to enable the rest of the plugins one at a time as you test your site until the issue comes back. This will help you determine if a conflict is coming from one of the plugins running on your site. Please also try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this makes any difference.
Otherwise, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can take a closer look. Please add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io
- Community Post link: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/12323794076050
- WordPress Admin URL:
- Username
- Password
Please make a full backup of your website as a precaution.

Hello, Thanks for your response. OK I just disabled everything except Brizy and Brizy Pro. The site is still super slow and the result is broken, see bellow.

Hi Alban,
Thank you for your cooperation
Please try the following to address this issue:
- It appears that the website has been migrated from "snf.k5technology.group" into "snf4.netk5.com.cn" In this case, I recommend utilizing the Replace URL tool to rectify this issue: https://i.imgur.com/f1s5ZdJ.png
- Once you have updated the URL, kindly ensure that the Home and Site URLs are corrected as well, making sure to use HTTPS: https://i.imgur.com/1xiI2sc.png
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Alban,
Thank you for keeping in touch.
I regret to inform you that the issue you are currently facing is a result of a faulty website migration. It appears that the website files were manually transferred to this server, causing the URLs in the migrated site to remain unchanged.
To address this problem, I would recommend considering a website migration once more, using either the Duplicator or WPVivid Backup plugin. These tools can ensure that all URLs are appropriately updated during the migration process.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hello,
No that is not the case, I tried two times, and used All-In-One migration and WPVivid. Same result.
Thanks,
Alban

Hi Alban,
Can you give us access to the source and the destination websites? We will migrate the website for you. Please look at the second communication on this thread for instructions on giving us access.
