    Hi Melissa,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

We have released a new update today (Brizy Version 2.4.24 and Brizy Pro Version 2.4.23), could you please check if this resolves the issue?

Otherwise,  this is something we would like to investigate from your dashboard. Could you please provide us with the WordPress credentials, so we can look into this issue further?

Please add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io

    Community Post link:  https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/12247635289234

    Password

Please make a full backup of your website as a precaution.

Meanwhile, this could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or your theme.

You can identify the conflicting software by:

    1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
    2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Upon checking, this issue is coming from JetPack.
To resolve the problem, we have taken the necessary steps and disabled the Site accelerator in JetPack settings. We have prepared a step-by-step demonstration on how to do this, which you can find in this screencast: https://youtu.be/In5Kyz9Itto

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

:) Not to be unappreciative. But, how come I can't delete the user I created for you? I would like to remove it from the users. Thank you!

    Hi Melissa,

I'm glad that this is now sorted out.

To remove a user from WordPress, please follow the below steps:

    1. Click (in the left-nav) Users > All users
    2. Select the user(s) you wish to delete and in the 'Bulk Actions' drop down menu, select 'Remove' then click 'Apply' and they should be removed from the system

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
