Can't save or access saved blocks

    It also appears that I cannot access images. I have checked and increased the memory in INI, but it has made no difference.

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    This is likely due to a conflict, please try the following steps and see if they will help:

    1. Please update Brizy and Brizy Pro to the most recent versions - https://prnt.sc/HSuwIS9MDf2_
    2. Also check that you have PHP v8.0 or higher on your server
    3. If this didn't help, try deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
    4. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.
    5. If, by any chance, you have any embedded code on the template or page, try to temporarily remove it and see if this makes any difference.

    All suggestions have been completed. 

    php moved from 7.4 to 8.0 to 8.1

    all plugins but Brizy, Brizy Pro and Classic Editor deactivated

    theme change attempted

    there is no embedded code

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Upon checking, everything appears to be working as expected, except when you try to save blocks.  This is demonstrated on this screencast:  https://youtu.be/FpvbSR8kc4Y

    Could you please try using another browser and see if this makes any difference?
    You will also need to log in to your Brizy account for sync to work. This allows you to save blocks and layouts on your website.

    Thanks, Ariel. 

    But in over 100 sites, I have never had to log into my account on that screen before. It was likely the browser then. My apologies for taking up so much time.
