Error on page update

Hi there. I'm using Brizy pro on the site I am working on. When I try and make a public page private, or change a URL slug in the Wordpress editor I get this error message:

 

Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

 

I don't have this issue when I deactivate Brizy. Is there something with my theme that is causing the error with the plugin? Thank you.

    I've looked into the issue you reported, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate it. It's possible that the conflict is arising from either your theme or another plugin on your site.

    To effectively isolate the problem, could you kindly try the following steps:

    1. Disable all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, and then check if the issue persists.

    2. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) and see if this resolves the problem.

    By following these steps, we can identify the source of the conflict and determine if it's related to a specific plugin or your theme.

    Hi Ariel,

    Thank you for your help. I deactivated all of my plugins and switched to the default Twenty Twenty-Three theme and am still getting the same error message that updating the page is not a valid JSON response.

    This is something we would like to investigate from your dashboard. Could you please provide us with the WordPress credentials to the staging site, so we can look into this issue further?
