Form in Popup does not send
On my page a contact form in a popup will not send ("Your Email was not sent"). If the contact form is on the page itself, sending does work:
- "Your email was sent successfully"
- I can receive the email on the address, it was sent to.
The form in the popup and the test-one on the page are both configured for Wordpress Email.

Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce the issue would have reported, everything is working well. Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.14 and Brizy Pro 2.4.13? Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro) theme, then please the browser cache and check again?

Thank you for your fast replay.
- I use both latest Brizy versions.
- I have deactivated all Plug-Ins except the Brizy ones and "Really Simple SSL" as I am not sure, if this is a good idea.
- There is only one active Theme (Twenty Twenty-One)
- I have deleted the browser cache.
- I followed all the steps from your article.The form still can not be sent. My Website is: https://dein-imagefilm.ch/
The Popup can be opened with the topmost button "Termin vereinbaren"0 -
I could reproduce the same error on a new page with a new popup and a new form.
Also, if I copy the seemingly faulty form from the popup to a normal page, it works as it should: Emails get sent as they should.Thank you for any further help and best regards

Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?

It is still not possible to create a contact-form in a popup, which does not fail in sending emails. The last time you looked into that, it worked, but only with the single form you fixed. So whenever I have to change something and save a new version of the form, the error is still there. I am grateful for you fixing my individual forms, but this can only be a temporary solution as I don't want to wait 2 days for something, which normally would take a few seconds .. Please do remove the underlying bug.

At the end of the video you can see that another contact-form does work (inside the same Brizy popup), so there must be something, which prevents the email from sending, when the Brizy form is placed inside a Brizy popup. I already made tests with the contact form on a normal page, in that case, emails get sent. Meanwhile I have looked for other solutions, so I most likely will use a contact-form plug-in. So it is not that urgent any more, but maybe you can use my video, if you want to debug anyway. Best regards Serge Acest Tiket a fost facut Recovery din Suspended Tickets. Thank you for taking the time to make the screencast.
Upon checking, this is not a bug, but this is how it was designed to work. If you save it as a layout, the settings will not be saved, for example if you choose WorPress or SMTP, this information will not be carried out in the saved block.
In any case, I will bring this to the attention of the developers as a feature request for consideration in future updates.
