Wordpress Plugin - Brizy Pro unable to display search results
Hi there,
I've experienced an issue regarding the Search Results functionality when Brizy Pro themes are used.
To give some context, I have searched the Brizy community forums and found multiple threads regarding the same/similar issues, and have tried to follow the conversation and solutions proposed but I can't resolve the issue yet.

I would also like to note that for the above threads, there were no conclusive solutions that were provided by the support team.
Issue I have encountered:
- No search results appear as intended on the set Search Page
Tests I've done:
- Turned off the Brizy theme for the search page and tried with the same search query - I managed to search for what I was looking for
- Hence, I concluded that the issue lies in the Brizy Theme/functionalities related to search

Unfortunately, I changed to the Astra theme, and it did not solve the issue.

Yes; I logged into your server yesterday and also spent sometime today. For some keywords the Brizy search results return the correct results while for some others, it does not. I could not get to the root of the issue.
I would like to escalate this issue to the next level for further investigation. Please give us some more time to look into this.

Hello,
We are looking into the issue. As part of the troubleshooting we had to deactivate Brizy plugin. That caused some issues on your server. We need access to your cPanel to disable the plugin. Can you please send us the Cpanel credentials here. I will delete it before making your comment public

You caused the entire site to crash. The Wordpress dashboard is not accessible because of the actions that you have taken.
Why are you asking for the credentials when you already have them in the first place? That's not helping.
We need to know immediately what plugin you had installed that caused the crash and redirections.0 -
Let me reiterate:
We are not using any cpanel or third-party file management tool. Our FTP is private as there are other private applications running on the server.
Just let us know what you have done that caused this issue, and if possible, the solution (or what you are planning to do).0 -
