    I alrealdy did and there is no solution. Please find a way to make it work.

    Hi Juliette,

    When this happens, normally we need access to your WordPress Dashboard and FTP access details to fix this problem for you. Looks like you are unwilling to share access credentials to your website. 

    You could also approach your hosting provider. Please inform your host that you unable to delete the Brizy Pro plugin folder. Please also inform them about the error "The destination folder already exists: /home/voltfad/myem_vitrine/wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/" They should be able to delete the Brizy Pro folder for you. Once the plugin folder is deleted, you should be able to reinstall Brizy Pro.
