Upgrade from Freelancer to Agency

When I log in to my account, there is no way to upgrade existing Cloud Freelancer subscription to Cloud Agency. I expected to find an "upgrade" button in my account settings (Account > Payments) but no....  So...how do I upgrade?

  Hello Roger,

  Thank you for contacting us. 

  You can not upgrade from the Freelancer Plan to the Agency Plan from your account. The Cloud Agency plan can't stack up on any other plans, it needs to be on a separate account. There are technical considerations for the white-label options that need to be applied on the Agency account only. So, please by the Agency Plan from a new account.   OK, thanks for your feedback. Would you be able to move all existing websites created in my Cloud Freelancer Plan to the new Agency Plan ?

  Hello Roger,

  You can move the website from one account to another one by yourself. For the moment I can suggest you this tip:

  1 -  invite you as a manager in their account the Agency account

  2 - Accept the invitation;

  3 - Go to your Brizy Cloud account and sign-out and then sing-in back;

  4 - Duplicate the project you want to transfer, as it is related here;

  5 - From your account go into the Agency subaccount and create there a new project;

  6 - Create new pages and add there all the Saved pages you duplicated from your personal subaccount

  If you find this process to be too difficult, we can move your projects from one account to another.
