  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you need to add a video background please click on the Setting block - Background -and the URL of the video. Please see this video. Unfortunately, the video background will not work on a tablet or mobile view. This option we will have in the near future. Our developers have already created this option, we just have to launch it in the near future, but I cannot tell you exactly in which update it will be included.

  In the tablet/mobile view you can use only the video element.  Some users used Smart Slider 3  for video background in mobile/tablet view. Please see here. Hope this will help.
