View PDF within web page

I am a brizy pro subscriber for wordpress, I am trying to achieve something similar to the below page where a person with a link can view the pdf within a web page but can't download it. Is this doable?

  Your reference website uses the plugin PDF Embedder Premium for displaying the PDF file. They also have a free version. https://wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-embedder/
