Can't access a specific page

Hey.

I have in my WP admin a specific Brizy site that I cannot access and I am unsure why.

Could you take a look at it if I give you access?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.4.11 and Brizy Pro 2.4.10 version? Also, could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Could you please send us a video with how this problem is manifesting?

  Hey.

   

  Yes all updated and does not work in any theme. It's a pretty huge site with a lot of subpages but there is one that does not work. Seem to get a 403 error while loading the brizy editor on that specific page.

  The site just keeps on loading without anything that happens.

  Currently using Neve theme.

   We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request.
