Blending mode does not work with Position different than None

Blending mode does not work as soon as I change the element Position to Fixed or Absolute:

Here it stops working, as soon as I change the position it loses the Blending Mode: Difference:

 

Seems to be a bug.

  same issue here, blending mode not working on elements with position fixed and absolute, not even using the CSS propriety in the custom CSS panel (advanced settings). Any way to fix this?
