Is it Possible to add hover over to show text type of thing?

I have a Website where i want to show info about a Feature,

is it possible to do something like this? where if i hover over the icon it'll show some sort of text box?

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately, we do not have such an option in the Brizy Cloud builder. Therefore I can suggest adding a pop-up to the text element, then when you will click on it the pop-up will appear. See here. Hope this will help.
