Remove loading="lazy"

Hi,

It looks like LazyLoad is embedded in the code permanently. Please remove it. Lazyload can be turned on and off with various cache plugins.

  Hi Sebastian,

  We have a feature request for this. We hope to add a option to disable lazy loading for images.

  Following this - as GTMetrix just gave me a bad score based on this as well. Please fix this for us as soon as possible.
