    Hi,

Please update the Brizy Pro plugin to the latest version 2.4.11, then try to add the ley license.

    Hi Tobias,

Can you do a few compatibility checks?

    1. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
    2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
    3. Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. Can you switch to one of these themes and see if that makes a difference?
    4. Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.

If you are not able to find a solution, please get back to us; we will help you troubleshoot

    Hi Tobias,

If you have the Freelancer or the Agency plan, you can use Brizy along with WordPress Multisite. The Personal plan does not support the Multisite. Please have a look at this screenshot. https://jmp.sh/KNfgKNb

I do have the freelance plan. Please can you provide me real help. I don't have the time and energy to try a thousand things that do not work. As a customer I do not feel taken seriously.

I finally found the place to activate it. On a multisite installation you can find it here in the multisite management backend(s. picture). Maybe you should add this to your documentation. I find it is strange though. How would I activate it for each single website on a multisite network? Right now it seems that I can activate it for the whole network with one single licence. Is that true?

    Hi Tobias,

You are right; in a WordPress Multisite environment, the Brizy license is activated in the Network Admin and not in a member site. Once you activate Brizy in the Network Admin and network enabled it, all sites will be able to use Brizy.
