    Hi Michael,

We are not sure if Wallfood theme is compatible with Brizy. Is it possible to install Blocksy or Astra theme in your Network Admin and try using it in place of Wallfood?

    Hi Michael,

Theme incompatibility can manifest itself in the area of Woocomerce. Even if there might not be a problem when creating regular pages using Brizy and the Wallfood theme, we would appreciate it if you could perform this experiment for us.

If you change to Blocksy or Astra theme, do you continue to have problem with Brizy Product Template? Can you please get back to us with an answer to this question?

    Hi Michael,

In most cases, theme incompatibility is to blame if, after setting up the Brizy Template, a user still sees the theme's product page. For the purpose of making appropriate decisions, it is important to determine whether the Wallfood theme is compatible with Brizy or not.

Can you create a new member site so we can test this? Install Blocksy or Astra in the new site and download one of their woocommerce starter sites. Create a Brizy product template for Woocommerce and check if it works.. Then switch to the Wallfood theme, and see if the product template continue to function or not.

    Hi Michael,

Yes; you should replicate the functionality in Astra if your test confirmed that Wallfood theme is incompatible with Brizy. Brizy and Astra have no known compatibility issues.
