Saved elements not syncing

Hi I am using wordpress and I have done the latest updates.  However I have saved some elements on the cloud but I am being told that it wont sync because the update has not been done.  I have checked the plugins and it is not showing me any updates needed.

I have version 2.4.10 for both plugins

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us. Do you have a green check icon when syncing, but don't see them on the other side: https://jmp.sh/haq8x47 ? Could you log out and then log back in with your Brizy account?  What error do you have when you press the SYNC button? In my case - you can see the green message on the top of the blocks. What about your SYNC result?
