    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.13 and Brizy Pro 2.4.12?

Can you please switch the theme to any of these recommended themes https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners? Then If the error still persists please send us the URL of your website.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Yes, I am using the latest versions (including Brizy Pro). I have also checked my file permissions under Windows Server and everything seems to be correct as far as I can tell.

I now have a new error

worker fetch: Error: could not fetch https://mysite.com/?brizy_media=wp-15f8a2cc8acb7d65fe7e6f1969d6c34c.png&brizy_crop=iW%3D122%26iH%3Dany

We will need to discuss how you can check the website by private message or email. How can I PM you or send an email directly to you?

Okay, managed to solve this myself after spending hours debugging the issue. It seemed to be related to a REST failure within Wordpress. In particular, it seemed to be caused by an incorrect mechanism for using PHP sessions via the session_start() function. Deleting the Brizy parent theme and re-installing it seemed to fix it as well as disabling any plugins which don't end the PHP session correctly and modifying their code.
