    Hi David,

    In our ticketing system, I don't see any new request from you. Unsure if your request was classified as SPAM.

    Using GitHub to publish to a free third-party host is not as easy as it once was. To force a sync between the three, one occasionally needs to go back and forth between Brizy Cloud, GitHub, and Netlify. A seamless sync can take some time to ensure.

    Can we schedule a Zoom meeting so I can help you publish using Netlify? I need you to log in to Brizy Cloud, GitHub, and Netlify in separate browser tabs before we start the Zoom session. This session can take 15-30 minutes.

    Hi KC.
    Ok. 4pm. Additionally, I still have an issue with all my sites. I still cannot save any layouts.
    I've tried to reduce the number of saved blocks (is the limit 400?) but after a few hours Brizy seems to restore them.

    Is this stopping me from saving the layouts?

    I'd appreciate it if you would take a look at this issue before we talk.

    Thanks for your time yesterday. Unfortunately the situation is unchanged in that only one file is uploaded.

    Is there anything else we can do?

    I can keep trying to publish your website with Netlify if you can invite me to your Brizy Cloud, GitHub, and Netlify accounts.

    I've added you as a member in Brizy Cloud & GitHub; however, in Netlify, they want to charge me $15 pm to add an additional person.

    Anyway around this?

    Hi David,

    Here are two possible strategies for avoiding joining a Netlify premium plan.

    • Change your Netlify password, send me your Netlify login information at kc.george@brizy.io, and then change it once again after I'm done.
    • I open a new Gmail account, register with Netlify, and then provide you the Gmail address, If I'm successful in publishing your website to Netlify

    I could not make it work either. I have escalated it to our development team; one of our developers is looking into it. We don't have an update on this yet.
