    Hi Marcel,

A Brizy JavaScript file not being loaded on your website is the cause of the popups on your page not functioning. Please see this screenshot. https://jmp.sh/KndFIJB

Please try changing your theme from Twenty Seventeen to Twenty Twenty One or any of these https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners and see if that makes a difference.

If this does not help, we will need to look at your project to provide you with further assistance. Please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard if you need assistance with this. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. As shown in this screenshot: https://jmp.sh/sOSGGR3, please turn on the option "Send the new user an email about their account"

Please let me know here when you send me an invitation.

Hi, Thanks for your response. Changing themes didn’t work unfortunately, so I added you as an admin tot he site.

    Best regards,

    Hi Marcel,

There were two issues on your website.

    1. A Brizy Pro Javascript file was being blocked.
    2. A conditional popup was being used as an On-click popup

    I have done the following

    1. I made a new version of your homepage called Home 1. In order to remove the console error, I removed three photos from this page. Please update this page with the missing pictures: https://dj-marcel.nl/home-1/
    2. Created a new version of your popup as an on-click popup. Please verify that everything appears precisely as it does in your popup.

If everything appears to be in order on the above page, kindly set it as your new homepage. Please watch this video for more detailed instructions. https://jmp.sh/T8vx60h

Hi KC, Thanks for your troubles, but how can a photo block javascript? Strangest thing is that this site is a copy of https://dikkedj.nl/, where everything works fine – with the same photo’s… Best regards, Marcel
