Custom Css working as expected in backend but not on frontend

Hi, 

I add custom css for a shape divider to a row. It's working as expected in the backend but it's not appearing on the frontend. I don't know why. It seems that I cannot post the css snippet here for I get a forbidden message. So I have to keep the message very unprecise.

  Hi Tobias,

  Please let us know the URL where you need assistance with custom CSS. Could you also elaborate on the goals you have for adding the CSS? Perhaps you could make a screen recording to show the difference that the custom CSS produces in the backend.

  It is acceptable to include CSS code here. One of the icons at the top is for adding a code block.
