I changed my hosting and can not load the images or add new ones

I've changed my hosting and than realised that I can see the images on the screen or add new ones. When I try to upload new ones there is an alert "unable to create directory uploads/2022/10 Is it parent directory writable by the server?" and I can choose and add but it is not seeing.

I deactivated plugins, updated wp theme then activated plugins and also updated them but not sorted.

  Hi Sebnem,

  By looking at your website preview, it appears that the images are not transferred over during the migration process. The error "unable to create directory uploads/2022/10 Is it parent directory writable by the server?" indicates that the uploads folder on your server does not have appropriate permissions to transfer files

  To fix these errors, you will need to change folder permissions on your server. Here is the procedure. https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-the-is-its-parent-directory-writable-by-the-server-wordpress-error

  If you are not able to do this by yourself, please take the help of Hostinger support. Please get back to us, if you are not able to make progress.

  Hi, I sorted it, it is not an issue about hosting. At the dashboard go to settings/media and delete the uploads section. Then all the images appeared.

  Hi Sebnem,

  Are you sure that the issue is resolved? I still do not see the images. Every image shows a 404 error.
