add to cart button

Hello,

 

I put the add to cart button but when I update the website, It doesn't show up. Can I ask how to solve it?

  Hi Jeawan,

  The Woocommerce Product Details page typically includes a "Add To Cart" button. Are you using Brizy to create the Single Product Template? Please watch this short video to learn how to set up a single product template correctly. https://youtu.be/U3tBa4AL5mM

  Yes, 

   

  Attribute, Stock work but "add to cart button" and "price" doesn't show up unfortunately.

  Hi Jeawan,

  Are you using a theme that offers good woocommerce support? Twenty Twenty One and these themes go well with Brizy and Woocommerce. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners  If you are not already using one of these, kindly switch to one of them.

  Please also check these

  1. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
  2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
  3. Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.

  If none of these help, please get back to us, we will need to take a look at your project to help you further

  Hello KC,

   

  Thanks for your recommendation. We followed the instructions but it still doesn't work. Will it be possible to ask any one of your team members can help us this problem? Because it's urgent issue.

  Hi Jeawan,

  It appears that Brizy and the WooCommerce Catalog Booster & Product Catalog Mode plugin are incompatible in some way. If you disable this plugin, 'Add To Cart' button and the price will show up on your Product page
