Oops an error occurred (server returned 400 bad request) while transferred the website team role from "Viewer' to "editor "

Hi,

I have got an error as follows while changing the user role from viewer to the editor.

as below.

  Hi, Thanks for the support, however it is not fixed yet.

  Please note that, we are able to log in and access/work with all my accounts as admin (my primary email id registered with brizy and starting with d......09@gmail.com)

  The scenario is we created a new user called "Deeju S" by using the email account  accounts@mids.co.nz.

  and created a new workspace

  as above called "JP Law" and we moved that client's project into that workspace.

  Our aim is to make this user a "viewer" or "editor" who has very less user rights and test it before the login credentials are handed over to the client.

  So we are able to manage this workspace in our admin area.  But when we use another machine and browser and try to log in with accounts@mids.co.nz,  then we are able to log in and view the workspace and project, however when we click on that project (from  accounts@mids.co.nz as user Deeju ) it shows the errors as follow.

   

  

  

   

  

   

  Other than this, as mentioned earlier we are able to log in and manage everything in our account.
