Starter Template Not Downloading

When trying to download the Lavish template for my website, I got an error saying, "Something went wrong - Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us." I also tried downloading other templates and they also did not work. The error occurred whether I was deleting existing content or not. My WordPress is up to date too. 

The error is occurring on my gabychilders.com website.

  Brizy Starter Templates should to be ideally set up on a fresh instance of WordPress for best results. If you're trying to install Brizy on an older WordPress installation, it's a good idea to reinstall WordPress and import one of the Brizy starter templates.

  Using these software would ensure good Brizy compatibility.
