Brizy Cloud Pro Deactivated

Hi, How are you,

I paid for PRO Lifetime license for Brizy Cloud Pro 

But in my account I have noticed that my Brizy cloud account is asking me to upgrade so that I use pro elements. I don't understand why that is happening when i have paid for it already. See the images below

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You have Brizy Pro Lifetime Plan and your unlimited websites hosted in Brizy Cloud expired on 30 Sep 2022, you have received an email regarding this, please see this screenshot from your dashboard. Also, please see this article regarding what happens with the Brizy Cloud plan after 2 free years included in the LTD plan.

  So, at the moment you don't have free hosting in Brizy Cloud, if you move your project to another hosting, the Brizy pro options will work.

  Please help understand here. 

  I paid for Brizy pro Plan lifetime. This means i sould be able to create websites and export via html. My point is that in my Brizy cloud account I don't have access to the pro features its asking me to upgrade. 

  I have been thinking that I paid for the pro features to have life time access. 

  Example: If i need to create a website and use pro features I am asked to upgrade where as I should be able to use the pro features and export to html. 

  Please help me understand
