Hi Daryl,
Can you please do these compatibility checks to see if you are using compatible software?
- Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
- Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
- Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. If you are not, try changing to one of these themes and see if that makes a difference.
- Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.
It will function best if you install Brizy Starter Templates on a brand-new WordPress instance. For optimum results, please remove any earlier versions of WordPress, reinstall WordPress, and import the Brizy Starter templates.
Please get in touch with us again if you are unable to resolve the issue; we will assist you.

I will investigate what you provided and let you know if I have any questions

Hello,
I tried Twenty twenty-one and had an error. Word press and PHP are the minimum requirements too. I will contact my hosting support as well while you look into other ideas.

Hi Daryl,
WordPress uses admin-ajax.php to refresh the page’s contents without reloading it, thus making it dynamic and interactive to the users. This file contains all the code for routing Ajax requests on WordPress.
On both your websites, the /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file is being blocked by your web server and it returns a 503 error. Please see these screenshots.
- digitalagency.aydinternetmarketing.com: https://jmp.sh/dH8YE17
- seoagenc.aydinternetmarketing.com: https://jmp.sh/dcGgOL2
Can you please check with https://iweb.com/ why admin-ajax.php is being blocked?

I have passed this along to my hosting support and will update you when I get a response

Seems like the issue is related to mod security which is blocking requests. This was the IP being blocked: 111.92.73.12 is it used by Brizy?

Hi,
For sure this IP 111.92.73.12 is not from Brizy builder.
Best regards, Nelea.

I have instructed the hosting provider to whitelist it and see what happens

The hosting company increased my PHP limit and the themes installed. Thank you for your assistance!
