Creating custom anchor links in Menus

Hi there, I am trying to create a menu with anchor links for a one page website. I have found two articles in your support pages that outline how to do this, but it seems that the Brizy.io Builder interface has been modified and the Settings button is no longer available. How do I go about implementing the changes suggested?

  Thank you for contacting us. 

  Are you trying to create anchor links in Menus in Brizy Cloud or in Brizy Wordpress? Because the interface of Brizy Cloud did not change so much.
