Cancel payment and cancel subscription 28/9/22

Hello!

I can not cancel my subscription and payment for next year from my account and the payment will be done today 28/9/22. 

What to do?

  I have also tried downloading the Export HTML file but nothing appears under "Publish".  I have read this article https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/8841397522961 and then this one https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026945332-Export-HTML and I have followed every step. I'm not able to download my projects see below

  Hi Herica,

  Regarding the second question about exporting HTML,  with Brizy Studio Plan you cannot export the plan via the HTML option. If you want to export a project with the HTML option you should have the Agency Plan.
