Pop Up on Mobile Stuck

I created a popup that I was using and when I adjusted the size/placement for mobile the changes never worked for the live site. I even tried deleting the pop up altogether, it is not gone from the desktop version but still appearing on mobile. Any ideas?

  It actually looks ok now...I guess it may have been cached for 24 hrs or something?
