Can't add menu to page [Wordpress]

Hello, 

I'm attempting to add a menu to a custom page using the Brizy Wordpress plugin. "Menu" is not available in the Appearance tab and when I click on "add menu" in the editor, it gives me the error message "Your theme does not support navigation menus or widgets." How can I get past this? Please advise.

  What theme are you using ? Can you please change the theme with one of these recommended themes https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners ? Also, could you, please, check if you are using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.6 and Brizy Pro 2.4.7?
