Hi! I installed brizy and brizy pro plugins with my license and is not working, I tried to load some themes and always is going grong, is not working.

If I try to edit with brizy neither, i can't use brizy in wordpress.

How is that possible, what can I do?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please describe what error are you receiving? Could you please send us a screenshot with this problem? Do you try to activate our latest versions Brizy Free 2.4.6 and Brizy Pro 2.4.7? 
  The correct way to install and activate Brizy plugins is - install Brizy Free and after this activate it.

  Hello Nelea,

  I saw this video before installing anything.

  Both puglins are installed in the latest version, I had no problems during the installation.

  Now I trying to charge a theme and I can't do it. The message is something went wrong, I send you a screenshot.

  After that i try to edit the current theme with brizy and the message is the same. Also of this I'm sending a screenshoot.

  I'm sorry but I don't want a give you my credentials.

  I just tried again and is still not working.

  Hi Irene,

  This issue should be fixed from your dashboard. My colleague already sent you an email and ask the credentials. After you will give him the credential and he will fix the issue you sen change the password.
